We initially began this retirement community project as a sub-contractor to LCG Pense of Portland OR, framing twelve 2650 sq. ft. duplex housing units in 2008. Before completion of this project, Kruse was further contracted for many other parts of this project including carpentry, concrete, finish, and specialty items. Upon completion of the project, Kruse was retained by the GC as the warranty contractor for the project. We have been back several times for warranty items and then subsequently for several tenant improvement/remodel projects for the current Owners/Operators.
